How can I track my order?
To track your order, click the link below. You'll be taken to the order tracking page, where you can monitor the real-time status and location of your shipment.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, you can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. To do so, please send an email to info@justnapit.com with your order number, your name, and the purchased item, specifying whether you want to cancel it or exchange it for another product. After 24 hours, your order will have already been processed and modifications will no longer be possible.
What is the refund and return policy?
You can return any product within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To start a return, contact our customer service at info@justnapit.com with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting images if applicable.
How do I clean the Just nap it pillow?
The pillow has a removable cover that can be machine washed. The memory foam core should be spot cleaned only.
Can the pillow be used for other purposes besides sleeping?
Yes, the pillow can also be used for resting during the day or for providing relief from pain during recovery from injuries.
